School Programs
Preschool Taekwondo: Little Dragons/Ninjas (ages 3-6)
Our Preschool Taekwondo program is broken down into Little Dragons (ages 3-4) and Ninjas (ages 5-6). The two groups train at the same time as they learn the basics and reach the next step in their journey. Explore the program page to learn what each age group focuses on.
Youth Taekwondo (ages 7-11)
Students in Youth Taekwondo learn skills that translate on and off the training floor. Our team takes them through a journey to progress as athletes and people for their future training. Check out the program page for more information.
Teen and Adult Taekwondo (ages 12+)
Teen and Adult Taekwondo at Impact provides a great environment for all students. No matter what you are looking for from class, you can find it with us. Learn more about the program by visiting the program page.
Family Classes
